FAQ
Short, direct answers about WGTK: what it is, what it costs, who it fits, what sets it apart, and how to start.
WGTK (وقتك in Arabic) is a Saudi appointment booking system for service businesses. It gives you a booking page in your name at wgtk.net/yourname where customers book themselves from their phones, and an Arabic-first dashboard for appointments, staff, payments and reports. It is run by Wgtk Orbit Company in Riyadh.
The trial is free for 4 full months with every feature, Enterprise included, and no card. After that you choose Pro at 99 SAR a month Growth at 199 SAR a month with the AI assistant and e-invoicing, or Enterprise at 499 SAR a month for branches, or pay yearly and save 20% (948 and 4,788 SAR a year). There is no commission on any booking.
It depends on your business. If you want a system fully in Arabic, a flat price per shop with no commission on bookings, online payment by mada and Apple Pay, and ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing, for anything from a barbershop to a sports court, a restaurant or a law office, WGTK is built for exactly that, and you can try it free for 4 months before deciding.
Eleven, each with its own logic: barbershops, beauty salons, spas, sports courts, personal training, classes, photo sessions, halls and events, restaurants, cafés and law offices. A restaurant books tables for a party size, a court books by the hour, a class books seats.
Yes. Customers pay when they book with mada, Apple Pay, Visa or Mastercard through Moyasar, and the money reaches your bank account. The platform takes no cut; you pay only Moyasar’s card processing and its one-time 100 SAR merchant registration, at cost. Online payment is optional.
Yes. Two hours after every visit that was paid for or recorded as completed, the customer gets a review link by text message, so only people who were there can rate. Your shop’s average shows beside its name on the booking page, each person’s stars under their name, and you reply to every review from your dashboard. A shop cannot delete a review, but it chooses whether reviews show on its page.
Yes. The connection to ZATCA’s Fatoora platform for Phase 2 e-invoicing is part of Enterprise and of the trial: every paid sale gets a tax invoice with a QR code, reported to ZATCA automatically.
No. You pay the plan and nothing else, however many bookings you take, with no commission on new or returning customers.
No. They open your link from WhatsApp, Instagram or Google, pick the service and time, and confirm their number with a code by text. No app, no sign-up.
Yes. Add your staff with their schedules and let customers choose; each one has an account to see their own bookings from their phone. Branches come with Enterprise, each with its own booking page and dashboard under one account.
Yes, Arabic first: the booking page and the dashboard read right to left in Arabic and switch to English in one tap. The staff dashboard is also in Turkish and Hindi.
A week before, a banner shows in the dashboard, and three days before you get an email. Pick a plan and carry on with the same data. If you do not subscribe, the dashboard and the booking page pause, your data is kept, and everything comes back the moment you subscribe. Nothing is ever charged automatically.
Sign up at wgtk.net/register, choose your business, add your services, prices and hours, and share your link. It takes minutes, from your phone.
