Turn on online payment on the booking page

3 minutes read

Your customer pays with mada, Apple Pay and cards from the booking page, and the money reaches your bank account with no commission from WGTK. It is set up in "Settings" under the "Payment" tab.

Steps

  1. 1

    Business identity

On the "Payment" tab under "Business identity" fill in "Name on the registration", pick the "Registration": "Commercial registration" or "Freelance document", its number, and the "VAT number" if you are registered. It shows in small print at the foot of your booking page, as Saudi e-commerce rules require.

  2. 2

    Payout details

Under "Card payments" pick the "Business type", type the "Name on the bank account" exactly as on the registration, and the "IBAN" until "Valid IBAN" shows, then "Send for review". The status turns to "In review".

  3. 3

    Once approved

When the status reads "Active" you see "You are live. Payouts go to the IBAN ending in …". The "Payment & Booking Policy" options unlock.

  4. 4

    Choose the policy

Pick "Cash / pay on arrival", "Online payment (optional)" so customers can pay when booking or on arrival, or "Online payment (required to confirm)" so the booking stays pending until they pay. Then save.

The result

Your customer sees "Pay Now" on the booking page with the option you chose, and the money lands in your account.
