A manager runs the shop's day from the panel itself instead of the staff portal: bookings, customers, the queue and the team's hours. Anything beyond that you grant with switches.
On "Staff" open the person's card and tap "Give login access", type their email and tap "Send invite", or copy the link and send it on WhatsApp. Once they sign in, the card shows "Has login".
On their card switch on "Shop manager". They get the "Manager" badge and sign in to the dashboard rather than the staff portal.
Under "Extra rights you can give" switch on what you want: "Revenue and reports" (today's and this month's takings, closing the day and the reports page), "Services and prices", "Team" (adds people and sends sign-in links) and "Offers" (coupons, gift cards and packages).
The result
The manager opens the dashboard and sees only the pages you gave them; everything else is hidden.
