Open "Settings" from the side menu, then the "Schedule" tab. It holds the weekly schedule, "Seasonal hours", "Customer reminders" and "Closed days". Time off for an employee lives on the "Staff" page.
Under "Open days" mark the days you work, and under "Hours" set the opening and closing time. Tap "Add lunch break" for prayer or lunch, then "Save Schedule".
Tap "Customize hours per day" to give each day its own hours, and "Copy to all days" to copy one day onto the rest. "Back to simple hours" returns to one set of hours.
If you close after 12 at night, set a closing time earlier than the opening time (say 4 pm to 2 am) and an "after midnight" mark appears next to it.
Under "Advanced settings" set the "Slot Duration", the gap between the times a customer can pick from.
In the "Closed days" card tap "Add", set "From" and "To", pick a "Reason" if you like (such as "Eid holiday" or "Maintenance"), and tap "Confirm". Existing bookings on those days stay as they are; move or cancel them from "Bookings".
On the "Staff" page open the employee, and in the "Time off" card add their days the same way. Their times are not offered on those days, and they can close days themselves from their portal under "My time off".
In "Seasonal hours" tap "New season", pick "Ramadan", "Eid al-Fitr", "Eid al-Adha" or "Summer" or type a "Season name", set "From" and "To" and the hours, and tap "Save season". It applies to the shop and the whole team, and the normal week comes back by itself when it ends.
The result
