A card is money paid up front that the recipient spends when they book. You issue and track cards on the "Gift cards" page in the side menu.
Open "Gift cards" and tap "New card". Fill in "Amount", "Who it is for", "Their number" and "From", and a line under "Message (optional)". Leave "Ends on" empty for a year from today, then "Done".
On the card tap "Send" to open WhatsApp with a message carrying the card link, or "Copy link". The link shows the recipient their balance and a Book button.
The recipient opens your booking page and types the card code into "Discount code or gift card". They see "The card covers …, … to pay" and the balance comes off the booking.
If they walk in without booking, tap "Take off the card" on the card, type the amount, then "Take off". Whatever is left stays for a later visit.
The result
The card shows in the list with the recipient's name and remaining balance, going down with every use.
