If your day lives in Google Calendar, connect it once and see your bookings next to everything else. One way only, from WGTK to Google, so nothing collides with the booking engine.
In "Settings", then the "Schedule" tab, below customer reminders: the "Google Calendar" card.
Google opens with the WGTK name. Pick the account you want the bookings in; if an "unverified app" notice shows, choose "Advanced" then "Go to wgtk.net", and allow the events permission.
You return to settings and the card says "Linked". Your upcoming bookings land in the calendar within seconds, and every new booking after that appears by itself.
On the same card tap "Disconnect". The link is removed at once; events already in your calendar stay as they are.
