Record a walk-in visit

2 minutes read

A customer who walks in without a booking is recorded from "Quick record" at the top of the dashboard, so the visit and its money count with the rest of the day.

Steps

  1. 1

    Open the quick record

Tap "Quick record" at the top of the dashboard or on the "Bookings" page. The "Record a visit" sheet opens.

  2. 2

    Who served

If you have a team, tap the employee under "Who served?".

  3. 3

    Service and amount

Pick one or more services under "Service". The "Amount" fills in from your price list, and you can type a different amount or go back with "Use list price".

  4. 4

    Payment method

Choose "Cash", "Card", "Transfer" or "Online", or "Unpaid" if they will pay later.

  5. 5

    Record it

Fill in "Customer name" and "Mobile number" under "Customer details (optional)" if you want them saved in "Customers", then tap "Record" with the amount next to it, or "Record as unpaid".

The result

The visit shows in the day with its amount and payment method, and counts in "End of day" and "Reports" as a walk-in.
