Run the smart queue

Steps

   Choose how you take customers

   On the "Smart queue" screen, under "How you take customers", pick "Queue and appointments" (customers choose: a number now or a booked time) or "Queue only", then tap "Turn on the queue".

   Put up the queue code

   In the "Queue code" card tap "Print" and put it at the door or the counter. Anyone who scans it takes a number right away, and the same card appears on your booking page.

   The customer takes a number

   On the booking page they see "Queue now", how many people are ahead and the expected wait. They tap "Take a number", type their "Name" and "Mobile number", pick a "Service" and "With whom?" if they like, then "Confirm and take a number". They land on "Your number", a page that updates by itself.

   Call the next one

   When a chair frees up tap "Next". The first person moves to "Serving now" and their phone tells them it is their turn. Tap "Call" on a specific person to call them out of order.

5. 5

   Start and finish

   When they sit down tap "Start", and after the service "Done", which opens the quick record so you can log the service and the amount. Did not come? Tap "No-show" or "Back to waiting".

6. 6

   Pause or close

   "Pause new numbers" stops new entries while everyone waiting keeps their place, and "Resume numbers" reopens it. "Turn off the queue" switches it off entirely. The queue closes on its own outside your hours.
